Terms for restaurants on RestToo

1. Who may register

You may register a restaurant only if you own the business or hold written authorisation from the owner to act on its behalf. By submitting the registration form you confirm that you have that authority.

One RestToo account represents one legal entity. Registering on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate removal.

2. Accuracy of the data you submit

Every field you submit — trading name, cuisine, contact phone, street address, and the map pin — must describe the real, operating premises where orders will be prepared and collected or dispatched.

The map pin is used to route customers to you and to calculate delivery zones and distances. A pin that does not correspond to your actual premises will cause failed orders, and you are responsible for the consequences of an inaccurate pin.

You must keep this information current. If you relocate, change contact details, or cease trading, update your restaurant profile or notify RestToo without undue delay.

3. Tax and VAT declarations

If you declare that your business holds a tax registration or a VAT registration, you must supply the corresponding registration number issued to you by the competent authority.

You are solely responsible for the correctness of those numbers and for the tax treatment of your sales. RestToo does not verify registration numbers with tax authorities, does not provide tax advice, and does not assume any of your tax obligations.

Declaring a registration you do not hold, or supplying a number belonging to another entity, is a misrepresentation. RestToo may suspend or terminate your merchant account and may be required to disclose the declaration to a competent authority.

If your registration status changes, update it in your merchant settings so invoices and pricing reflect the correct treatment.

4. Approval is at RestToo's discretion

Submitting an application does not create a listing or any right to be listed. Every application is reviewed manually, and RestToo may approve, request further information, or reject an application without being required to give reasons.

Approval creates a merchant account and a restaurant record from the details you submitted. Your restaurant becomes visible to customers only after you add photos and menu items.

5. Eligible use of the merchant account

The merchant account is provided for operating the restaurant you registered. It must not be used to list a different business, to resell or transfer access to a third party, or to publish content unrelated to your food and beverage offering.

You must not use the account to submit fictitious orders, to manipulate ratings or offers, to scrape the platform, or to place automated load on RestToo's services, including its mapping and geocoding features.

Menu items, photographs, and descriptions must be your own or properly licensed, must not mislead customers about ingredients or allergens, and must comply with the food safety, labelling, and licensing rules of the jurisdiction you operate in.

You are responsible for the acts of anyone you give access to your merchant account, and for keeping its credentials secure.

6. Orders, pricing, and payouts

Prices, preparation times, and availability that you publish are offers you make to customers. You must honour a confirmed order at the published price, or cancel it promptly and give the customer an accurate reason.

Payment processing, refunds, and payouts follow the payment terms in force at the time of the transaction. Refunds owed to a customer because of your cancellation or error may be recovered from your payouts.

7. Suspension and termination

RestToo may suspend or terminate a merchant account for inaccurate data, false tax or VAT declarations, ineligible use, repeated cancellations, safety or legal complaints, or non-payment.

You may close your merchant account at any time. Obligations arising from orders already placed survive closure.

8. Liability and changes to these terms

RestToo provides the platform as-is and is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from listing, delisting, downtime, or third-party mapping and payment services.

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to registered merchants, and continuing to operate a merchant account after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
